I really hate that anti-drug PSA with the burning embers appearing on the little kid because he's been emotionally scarred by seeing his sister smoking pot. It almost makes me want to smoke pot, just so I can spite that commercial!

I always get a kick out of the "TRUTH: I smoked pot & no one died" stickers that I see from time to time.

This summer, I was visiting a town that wanted to make sure no one left garbage. It had a "what you carry in, you carry out" policy, so there were no garbage bins anywhere. I wanted to litter so badly!!!

I dont think I've ever heard of a policy like that, outside of, say, campsites and national parks. But a town with no garbage cans? That's like just asking for people to litter!
