I am waiting for a phone call to that will confirm that my husband and I, in thirty short days, will be the proud owners of a brand new home! Almost on a whim, we decided to move. It's baby's third day at home today. My water broke at 1am on the 11th and I had him by C-section at 4:05am...all 10lbs and 11oz of him. I was relieved. My doc had predicted TWELVE POUNDS. But, alas, he was a tiny little not-even-11lber.

So, we had sushi for Thanksgiving. Or rather, we met my husband's extended family around noon, at the specific request of his 94 year old grandfather, at a Chinese Food Buffet in Oregon.
