And I finally realized why Doug Murray has been bugging me so damn much: he is possibly, Joe Hill!

So, how does this tutor business work?

You do your research paper (or problem set, or whatever) and once a week, you (and maybe one or two other students) go in and meet with a professor, and discuss what you've done.

repeat until the tears come.

Ah yes, Vichy France. 'Interesting" is just the word that comes to mind, there. It's like that time in Lara's and my religion class where someone said Old Testament God was just like Hitler! (There was a sadly long period of my life where I thought Vichy was someone's last name, and he had been in charge. Yes, my high school education was rockin'.)

Clearly there is something wrong with the tutors there, as theory is great but you are awesomer.

Different would be my suggestion for it. Especially since the comment was made, like, two days before the anniversary of VE Day. (It's a logical assumption; regimes should be named after the leader, that way you'll know at least ONE person who was in government. Plus, we could call a period of Norwegian history "the Quisling" which would be great.)

Can I print that our and put it on a plaque?

I think it would look nice stitched on a pillow!

Very decorative.

And I meant to say that people who start comparing God to Hitler are not huge successes, but you had probably figured that out in the last two years.
