*After taking a shower and changing into sweatpants and a soft shirt, Alex lets her hair down and quickly runs the brush through it. She stares at it for a moment and then makes up her mind. She parts it on the middle and then tightly braids each side, tying up the end with a small elastic band.
She smiles with satisfaction as soon as she's done -
