first of - i always loved to think over & over & over again this x-files quote.. idk, it's always fresh..

and your dream actually reminded me of "Ponyo on the Cliff by the Sea" animated film by Hayao Miyazaki... must be the frog storyline. and general atmosphere of "sometimes a frog is not just a frog"...

on the funny side. you may remember or not, i told you somewhere last week that you showed up in my dream. well, there WAS some big house full of ppl, and something happening, and even something with your parents at some point...

That's incredible you remember so much. I truly believe that big dreams like that have hidden meanings.

First of all, how are you able to remember so well?! I always remember my dreams pretty vividly right when I wake up, but then when I go to tell someone about them later or whatever, they'll be completely blurry.

I don't know if I necessarily buy into the whole dreams revealing things about one's ~subconscious~ thing (not in all cases, at least), but the frog symbolism is definitely freaky. I came across this site and it has a lot of good descriptions, etc. etc. but it doesn't really explain how something cohesively relates to everything else if you type something in? But it's kind of cool, regardless, and I just thought you might enjoy.

Also, I know I haven't said so yet, but I'm sorry about Derek, babe. ♥

The first thought I had was that you were the first frog. Maybe the frogs (being the perfect ones that you always looked for) represent the perfect relationship you want, the kind that transforms you/ makes you better, you know? Maybe the dying of the first frog (because it was hurt and couldn't live in the water without being fixed and ultimately the other hurt frog was what brought it back to life) and how hard you tried to save it represents you wanting to be happy alone.

IDK if that makes any sense, but that's kind of my take on it.
