Living without regrets is a good thing. If you regret something that you did/done, then life becomes more complicated as you try to avoid making that same "mistake".

And what is this.... ordinary you speak of? Do you mean the normals? Poor normals, they don't know what they are missing. XD

But I think many of my friends would remain the same.
