Anyone want to get into a discussion on gender roles with me?

I've never identified as anything but female. I don't have "a lower interest than controls in getting married and performing the traditional child-care/housewife role." As someone once said to me (hi, Liz!), I've always wanted to be "Mrs. Someone." (I like being Mrs. Colbeth better than I thought I'd like being Mrs. Someone ;-)

But it's never been that clear-cut for me, either. There are parts of the male role that are simply more interesting to me than the complimentary female role. And I get overprotective of tiny little women as quickly as the next guy.
