Freedom of speech my ass.

I think I might have to get political on someone's ass. I found a pamphlet on the table of our department's breakroom at work. For the second time. The first time, I sorta laughed it off. But now that it's reappeared, I'm slightly pissed. Not for me, really, but for my coworkers, the ones who might be too scared to speak out for themselves ( Read more... )

homophobia, getting political, rant, bitching

Yeah, I would complain. I'm pretty sure that most places are "equal employers" and there shouldn't be harassment for gender/religion/sexuality/etc. Religion does NOT belong in the workplace. But then again, you're in the South, so I don't know how equal your employer is.

That said, I HATE those kinds of Christians- they're the vocal ones who give all the rest a bad name. Well, if those jerks end up being right, I'll room with you in Hell as an Asexual Wiccan. ;)

Yeah. We've got a sign on the office door about being "equal opportuninty," but it doesn't mention sexuality. But, as I'm one of their best workers, they're not going to want me pissed off. *Grins*

Wow. I didn't even have to read all of that. I can still remember a conversation I had in school with a man who said homosexuals that want to change would. Ridiculus!

So that kinda, well, GAY. Are you gonna talk to Cook about this one instead of waiting for another one to pop up? You know if I were there I'd go in with you, considering pretty much everyone at work knows about us. That just makes me feel sick, and somewhat harrassed as well, because had I been there, that pamphlet would have been directed towards me as well. Its horrible Love.

There's so much wrong with that entire thing, that I don't even know where to start. I could on for a while ranting about this, but you already know it's no good. Now I'm off to write about two men having explicit sex.

Men? Having sex? Don't you know that's a sin? Shame on you!

I want to read it. *rubs her hands together in sinful glee*

They're also eating shellfish and wearing polyester, They're just defying all of Leviticus.

It'll hopefully be up soon. It was supposed to be done two nights ago, but I'm having some trouble with it. I'm 1500 words into what is essentially a PWP and have just gotten to the actual sex, and I can't seem to get anything out. I've never had this much trouble writing smut before.
