Apparently last winter was so awful (it was, it really was) I never managed to do that whole "Year in Fic" meme that I usually do. And seeing as this year was so bad for me creatively (oh boy was it ever) I think I'll combine 2010 and 2011 into one whole super rundown.

Actually, Gin Joint is kind of a smorgasboard of ships. I think you could pair up any character with any other and it would all be awesome.

Remember how my notes on this story just were basically who I was shipping in any given scene? And I just randomly yelled, "Reid/Ellen!" for like days?

Undertow was wildly sexy.

And I will always have a soft spot for To Begin Again - it gave me delight like nothing else. Also, Saving The Day - you could seriously write me Sandy Cohen fic every day and it wouldn't be enough.

And then there was Your Own Kind of Hero, which I had somehow never read and now have done so.

PS: Yeah, now I am once again thinking about Reid/Ellen and wanting to write a story for the sole purpose of hooking those two up.
