Sorry your brain has turned against you. I totally understand the anxiety over having too much to do, and the response of just sitting as still as possible and doing nothing at all.

Thankfully, after a judicious application of Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan, my brain has stopped hating me quite so much. At least for now.
