On the continuing theme of 'Women are Awesomer then Awesome' you have got to check out the story of Stephanie the chick who spontaneously rocked with Green Day. She was pulled up from the audience to play guitar on stage with the band and just tore it up. She's fantastic. Plus, check out the look on her face when she's up there on stage, when she's not concentrating on the music she has this 'OMG I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS IS HAPPENING TO ME' look of fangirl GLEE on her face. The entire thing is too awesome for words.
In other news, have been having a very meh day. Frankly, I think I'm so anxious about all the things I have to be doing that I've stopped doing anything at all. You know your brain is in a great place when you spend an entire night going from creepy dream to creepy dream. In one I was in a town half-filled with ghosts who weren't really ghosts, exactly (though they looked like ghosts, right down to the creepy, dark, turn of the 20th century clothing). My POV character was a little girl who was trying to help her creepy little ghostgirl friend and it involved a lot of running and driving with people chasing us. That segued into a dream about a boy who I think was an orphan. There was a big bit about him being picked on and finally cracking and beating another boy up. And then he was in the hospital and was a bit older it turned out that he was going to become a priest and was really good at helping injured people. And when a nurse tried to do an exam on him it turned out that he had cuts all over his body and that he'd carved words into his arms. And then there was some more driving fast and being chased.
I really, really think my brain hates me. JSYK
