I went canoeing 3 weeks ago and got a huge bruise on the side of my knee and now, 3 weeks later, it still hasn't gone away. The discoloration has, but IT hasn't. It's actually numb and feels like a lump. I'm gonna go to the Dr in a week if it doesnt go away. I think it's a busted vein, but Nic's mom thinks it could be a blood clot. I am SOOOOOO sore from working out yesterday. My friend Tony is my new personal trainer. He had me doing all sorts of shit on my abs and arms even though I was just about crying when finished.
