I won't doubt that he's planning an attack, if that's what your report says. Especially on the scale you discovered.

...What has me unsettled is if he allowed us to find out. If it may have been too easy to do so. He could very well be expecting us. If we're planning for war, then we may have to consider this.

Depends, Satsuma. He more than likely does know we've been spurred on to investigate matters, but there's also a chance his demon seal is making him arrogant.
