The unofficial goal I set for myself during 2008 was to be open to possibility, and to move away from my fear of getting what I wanted. To not be afraid to ask, or try, because maybe the answer was what I wanted to hear. Your goal is a really great idea. I think it's a good one to have for an entire year. That gives you a long time to see progress, and it also allows you a chance to develop patience.
