For some reason the journal showed as being empty until I wrote an entry and checked back and all the entries showed up again as normal. Is it an Apple app error after recent the iOS updates?

I want to inquire who is best to contact at LJ regarding ads. I have a pop up blocker on my PC and when trying to log in an ad for "The Price is Right - NYS lottery" (listed on LJ itself) was preventing me from logging in.
