Gracie
This afternoon we took Gracie to the emergency vet and had her put to sleep. She had stopped eating and stopped drinking water, barely had the energy to walk, and was struggling to breathe because of her heart failure. Please pray for Gracie - she's very sick
They've drained fluid off her lungs and found a mass in one lung that might be cancer (or might not be). Her heart is a bit enlarged so she probably has heart disease. Basically, the vet said she was trying to get her healthy enough to come home... and that she expects that Gracie will die in a few days to a week ( Read more... ) -

26 pounds! Woohoo!
Woo! It's not really a "here's what's been going on/how I've been feeling" today. It's a "Woohoo!" down 26 pounds as of this morning.
Thank goodness plateaus eventually end.
