This started out as a Top 20 post, but due to my inability to rank them, it has evolved into simply 20 of my favorite Elijah quotes.  They are in no particular order but I did whittle the number of quotes down from more than 30.

Oh, these are all so brilliant, and I love the pictures (Elijah/Katerina is my favorite!), but I also love your insight here about Damon:
I love how Elijah keeps reminding Damon of his inferiority without appearing smug or unkind about it. It's more like he just wants to keep Damon's ego in check.

And I must add this best line of dialogue ABOUT Elijah, as said by Alaric: Elijah is one scary dude; but with nice hair.

I do hope Ric approves Elijah's supercut :D

I'm so glad you enjoyed the pics. The Damon insight just came to me as I was putting this all together.

ITA that Ric's words are the best spoken about Elijah and can't wait to see what he thinks of his latest look. I prefer his old style better but I'm willing to set that aside because I'm thrilled to have him back, at long last :D

Oh this is such a great post. YOU DID GOOD!!

Elijah is so pretty, ty for all the wonderful caps. Did you do them yourself and are they in HD? I notice they don't have the annoying "CW" logo down in the corner. And so I can just admire him. :)

I just can't get enough of Elijah's smooth, calm, but powerful threats. His manner of speaking is like an iron fist inside a velvet glove.

That is such a good way to describe him.

One of my favourite things about Elijah is that he can be soft spoken and threatening at the same time.
