I'm on Vacation!!!!

Hello F-List!!

I feel like I've been a little MIA lately, but that is about to be rectified as I don't have to work again until Monday, July 4th.  I wish it was longer, but am happy to have a break.

Fun things I plan on doing during this time include:

- write a DE fanfic
- post comments on some of(recently-discovered) drkprncss17's wonderful fanfics

Thanks, Ginny. That makes sense (and makes me feel better about my lack of posting/commenting lately).

My first day of vacation was quite enjoyable. I slept in until 10 am, took Mischief for a visit to work, made yummy appetizers, and just got home from a potluck with friends.

THOSE PICTURES ARE GORGEOUS. And can I say I am SO FREAKING JEALOUS that you might get the chance to stalk see Ian Somerhalder? (The guy even has a hot name, heh). And I think vacation's causing everyone to just be off (presumably doing awesome things), so no one's been around much, not to mention the insanely long hiatus, but we will persevere till September :D

Thanks for your sweet comment! I take no credit for the beauty of Mississippi Lake, other than I'm lucky enough to have a family cottage there and an awesome big brother who gave me the camera with which to capture that beauty.

Hopefully the Atlanta excursion will happen (& I'll have the $$$ to participate). I know, right? There is nothing that is not hot about him (and Smolderhalder is so very appropriate :D)

There are such awesome people here on LJ - that's part of why I'm so addicted. There are so many things for me to catch up on here. Hopefully that'll happen by the time September rolls around ;)
