That quote was from the scene with Damon, Jenna, and Kelly Donovan (Matt's mom0, who are all drinking at The Grill. Damon is referring to Pearl's attack on him and finding out that Katherine knew where he was and couldn't have cared less.

It's 17:15 minutes into the episode (There Goes the Neighborhood).
