The weather has not been to bad this week for a change.My son in law and grandson came on Sunday and put up our new shed and very nice it looks.It was so nice on Monday that we went to Saundersfoot for the day.It is a lovely little seaside port .We had a meal did some shopping had some ice cream,went for a walk found a lovely old fashioned type ( Read more... ) -
supper
Well we had supper and very nice it was we had a particularly good cabernet savingion by isla negra from Tesco only £5 for 1.5 its.On top of everything else Ralph has had a bad hip for the last few days.Yesterday the pain was so bad We went to the doctor it seems to be a disc problem.To be honest I am so glad as I tho-rt it was a broken hip -

Had to go to start the supper.Saturday today so fillet steak with all the trimmings ,well I have steak and baked potato and Ralph has the rest.I had a very good birthday party on Sat 9th Aug it was in Llwynhendy at my Stepdaughter's.34 of my nearest and dearest attended ,it was a barbecue and a very wet one.My Son in Law did all the cooking in a ( Read more... ) -
Llangranog and the rest
Well to be honest my 5 days in Llangranog was a bit of a washout Ralph was ill and we were home by Tuesday lunch time . Must say we had a good day in Cardigan on the Monday we were back at van by 3pm and Ralph was done for slept till eight.This is a lovely town and it has a sweet shop with hundreds of jars so take plenty of money.The chip shop at ( Read more... ) -
Retirerment party
Had my do last night it went very well.Many drinks drank presents and cards received Lots of pictures taken and when I return from my 5 days in Llangranog were I will be going after lunch I will post them. -
My Hand
Well I seem to be retired!!! I had a nasty accident with a knife on Tuesday, after a visit to the hospital a few stitches a dressing a bandage and instructions not to be remove it until next Thursday ,not to get it wet and not to use unless absolutely necessary I am on the sick.I wonder how I can manage this as it is my right hand that I cut. My Retirerment
I return to work tomorrow after my last holiday while working for Tesco.I have 7 weeks to work now before R day. As I only work 3 days a week now that means 21 shifts .I cannot wait . -

The car went up in smoke (black smoke) on Saturday at Pont Abraham services. We were on our way home from a wedding,Broke down at 8pm did not get home till 12-50pm on the back of a recovery vehicle. well we are all still here Ralph has finished Rt.good so far.Will be seeing dermatologist and parkinson's man next week.Has pre opp assessment for his second cataract and prostate in 2 weeks.e is in the garden at the moment doing god only knows .I am as usual on a sunday ironing and cooking nearly finished both
