ok this is going to sound really wierd, but trust me, I've has sun poisoning before and it sucks, if you take like a million tea bags of normal tea....none of that crazy lemon flavored, or orange flavored shit and put it in the tub with a bunch of water and let it sit there and get all brown, then get it in, it feels really good. and i know it will hurt but you are supposed to use warm to hot water because it opens your pores and lets the heat out.
