I'm glad you had a good time together. I really believe that the less you push him, the more he'll come back around. You both need to have lives separate from each other, to make sure you don't become so codependent again.

I think you are totally right. And much as all this crap sucked, I think it'll make everything better. I mean, all the crap from last time I think was just leftover this time... we never really talked about it, you know? I now know how important it is to really just take the lead on some things, be it talking about things, doing the shit I want to do or voicing what I want or need. Not that he didn't care about those things, but I think because I never really would say anything, he'd do shit without realizing.
