Do you know of any dictionaries or books that offer colloquialisms of a language? If so, where would you purchase that? Could it be at a bookstore: Barnes & Noble's or Borders, for example?

ETA: The languages I'm looking for, specifically, are French and Russian.

I realize I should know this, but this is a case of a split infinitive, or is it transitivity, or something else? "to show someone something" or "to show something to someone"? They're both correct? That can't be...

There are a lot of sites dedicated to obscenities and slang in Spanish, but even outside of the question of their reliability, they're way more hard-core than I want to get.
