condolences in Bosnian/Croatian/Serbian?

Hello fellow linguaphiles!

This is my first post here. I'm generally more of a lurker but in this case I really need some help.
It concerns the translation of condolences - is there anyone here who speaks/has some degree of knowledge of Bosnian/Croatian?

Actually "primite moje saučešće" is perfect, although it looks better written than spoken, I'd just say "moje saučešće" or "saučešće".
