condolences in Bosnian/Croatian/Serbian?

Hello fellow linguaphiles!

This is my first post here. I'm generally more of a lurker but in this case I really need some help.
It concerns the translation of condolences - is there anyone here who speaks/has some degree of knowledge of Bosnian/Croatian?

I just found out my auntie in Bosnia died and my sister (who broke the news to me) gave me the number and said I should call to ask how everyone's doing, let them know we got the news and offer my condolences. The problem is I have absolutely no idea how to express it (besides "primite moje saučešće"), because I never properly learned to speak the language (I didn't grow up with that side of the family) and they don't speak mine.
My language skills are very rudimentary (almost non-existent) but I'm good at the pronunciation, to give you an idea of where I stand.

Is there possibly someone among you lovely people who can give me some examples of condolences in Bosnian/Croatian?
That would help more than I could express.

Thanks for reading this.
