I am translating a movie but the transcript has notthing to do with the actual story taking place on screen. Could you please transcribe me in English what the couple says?

In the first exchange they say something like, "What is he talking about? What did he say? Not to change our habits?", and the second goes, "OK, whatever. We won't change them. No big deal."
They repeat these phrases several times, alightly varying their wording.

Are there dialects in Russian? I mean, it's a pretty large country. I am asking because germit transcribed it and you said that it was mostly nonsense :)

Yes, there are a lot of.

But usually mountainous countries get more dialects than flat country, because the villages are disconnected from each other for a longer time (sometimes the roads are usable only 3-4 months a year).

As was said above the whole dialog is pretty much nonsense except for the part where they decide not to overhaul or modify the device. This at least glues those phrases together.

It's Russian and ithaka_girl put it absolutely correct. Intonation, gesticulation and speech speed typical for the Russian speakers in Ukraine (in this particular case we most probably have Jewish immigrants from Odessa, Ukraine).
