It says "obicham te." I thought at first it said "obshcham te." But yeah, it's "I love you, Buko."

Hint: handwritten "ш" never looks like "w".

Anyone I have met whose native writing was cyrillic has always had beautiful hand writing.

I'm a native Russian speaker and my Cyrillic writing looks like chicken scratch. I wish I could write like my grandma or great-grandpa - their handwriting is so much nicer then my own. I'm learning Serbian Cyrillic now and am totally murdering the script version...

Written in standard Cyrillic script it looks like "Обичам те, Буко"
And it means "I love you, Buko", y'all are right!
