That's absolutely fantastic! I love your "music" inspired artwork (you know the flirting by the harpsichord is one of my favourites) and this one is no exception. They both look so relaxed and confident, yet also concentrated on their art. That the usually so orderly Mr. Norrington treats his notes like that, thus... ;-)
I'd love to see the "aged" version, that's very fascinatin and if you ever have the time, it would be great to hear more about it. Maybe you could take a photograph of it?

It was fun to draw this, and to paint with Indian ink instead of watercolours. Although I have to confess that I was very tempted to do this in watercolours as well...
The aged version (or rather, the *cough*original*cough* 18th century piece) has been photographed and is now online here. :)
