Oooh, I missed some of these! Loved them all, bb. Especially the crew trying to get McCoy's shirt off (for the lulz) and that last one for the very last line. Although, I like that first one, too. Oh, I don't know! I like them all!

You know they would, because McCoy has the perkiest man-tits in the 'Fleet, and after five years I'd be curious as hell.

I've been wicked busy at work since the New Year, but do plan on coming over to nag you about your wonderful space_wrapped story because I WANT TO KNOW HOW IT ENDS, dammit!

I don't think I've done nearly enough with Winona--she's great on her own, but every space hero needs a mom that he can feel awkward around.

My favorite is still the first one, when they're older and so comfortable with each other, but every single one of these is glorious.

Loved the scheming crew trying to get Bones to lose his shirt! And not so quietly conceding defeat when he does.

Adored the exploration of Jim and Winona's relationship, pleasant, distant, and yet still loving.

I've told you what I think of your uber sexy BAMF Charlene Masters, but it bears repeating. We need more like her in the next movie, dammit!

And the camping, the sex under the stars? *sighs happily* Lovely.

All lovely! My favorites are the first (yay, a Jim liking his birthdays is definitely a change to TOS canon and Reboot fandom ;)), and people trying to get Bones' shirt off is priceless :)

You're such a supporter of shaking of fanon--you keep us honest! My rationale was that Jim would have started the aggressively happy celebrations to be defiant, but eventually learned to enjoy them. Of course, most of us like them less as we get older...
