I think there's something wrong with the layout, it's making the icons smaller than they really are. Maybe you could turn off custom comment pages? :)

Are you referring to the icons in the post or in the comment section?

The icons in the post are the original size they only look smaller (idk why that is). And I don't want to touch any of the settings both on LJ or in the CSS code because I suck at html so if anything goes wrong I'd have no idea how to restore it back to the original settings.

#2 - The icon, at least on my screen, is a little too grainy and pixilated, especially on the lighter spots on her cheeks and in her hair. I do like the crop but maybe the cap just wasn't up to the challenge as it looks a little LQ.
