+ Great use of black and white/color
+ great composition and use of text
+ Nice composition
+ Great composition and good sense picking the textures and the text
+ everything is well done, the font/text is perfect
- There is too much going on in the icon. No focus point
+ great mix of colour and black and white; lovely all-round composition

-the green/yellowness of the icon it makes it look really dull
- the contrast is not good - making the two look flat

- a little too much texture
+ this is a gorgeous icon, composition, colour, everything works for the final effect. great work :D
- Icon is too washed out, texture overpowers the icon
+ it's so soft and light with nice colors and texture use!
- Beautiful colouring & excellent cropping and use of textures. The icon blends together very nicely
- the grungy texture doesn't really work with this picture
+ The textured background helps the main focus of the image stand out
