Looking at this journal, I can see that the last time I even posted here was well over a year ago. I'm not sure how often I'll post even now since my life is just as boring now as it was then. I'm starting to feel more back to normal now. I still have some soreness, but not like it was earlier in the week. All I can do is keep plugging forward and make sure I don't relapse. It frustrates me that when I try to stretch how much my stomach prevents me from making a full stretch. I cannot remember the last time I was able to do a sit-up ( Read more... ) -

I think I've seen the sun a couple of times today, but it wasn't visible on my drive in this morning. That might have been due to getting to work before sunrise. I experienced flooded roads this morning, something I haven't experienced for probably close to 6 or 7 years, which was the first year we were in our last rental. Wet Weather and Arthritis
Well, back in Northern California and it's supposed to be raining all week. This is wreaking havoc on my knees. Yup... I'm back in the LA area again. Only two days this week, and five next week. We're supposed to get rain sometime today, which will be good for our dry state. Weekend Post-Mortem
