Back on June 7th, I had an appointment up at the University of Pennsylvania Hospital for my TN. i have a site bookmarked thats no kill shelters (i was the president of my hs humane society back in the day haha). anyways, it lists two:

Delaware Humane Association in wilmington.

theres also Paws for Life in chesapeak city, md.

i haven't looked at the place/sites so i'm not sure of theyre procedure. i really only know MA places. hope that helps though.

I was gonna say DE Humane too. They're good but they might be full, as it's "kitten season".

Yes, Gemma is my little female tabby. Her name is pronounced like "gem" as in gem stone.
The new boy Gamma is pronounced like "back-gammon", of course without the back.

We thought it might be too close but it's working out fine :)
