as one who's experienced many many bad haircuts (by her own hand nonetheless) i plead with you my dear to not worry, to let it go, to wear a hood if necessary but it will grow and you are lovely always regardless of hair growth. it will pass.

Hair grows back, bruises heal, and essays eventually get written. Also, the pill, as you know, really messes with your mood. And i know about pills messing with mood, because acutane made me suicidal for a couple of years. You should really try to get off the pill if you can, if it's making you feel horrible like this...i don't think any pill is worth what you are going through. Talk to a doctor, please, and see if there is anything you can do, maybe take a different pill that won't have these effects, or foods you can eat, or just something. Mood altering pills are potentially very dangerous, so please please see someone who can stop it.
