We’ve been recovering from upper respiratory infections, so excerise has been difficult lately. Tonight, we jumped back into the groove by taking a sunset stroll around our cold and snowy neighborhood. Aside from some momentary shortness of breath because the air was just so damned cold and a couple of slips on the ice, it was a pleasant walk, and
