Recovering

After nearly two weeks of feeling like crap, I'm finally starting to feel better. Sort of. The congestion is mostly gone and I have a bit more energy. All that is thanks to the antibiotics, which (of course) take their own toll on my digestive system. Plain yogurt with active cultures is good for replacing beneficial bacteria in the intestines and vaginal tract. You can also buy various strains of probiotics in capsules from the refridgerated seciton of a health food store. Take yogurt or probiotics evenly spaced between the antibiotic doses, if you're still on the antibiotics.
