I just got back from running again. We went to a track at a nearby school, which was easier on our feet than the concrete would have been. It was a 1/4 mile track. I ran two laps without stopping, alternated between walking and running on the next lap, ran another lap, then walked one. It felt great. The sinus infection is better, but the asthma is worse than it's been in months. It's kept me up past four every night this week, then last night, this morning really, I didn't get to sleep until almost 5:30. My chest will start feeling tight and I'll feel out of breath, and lying down only makes it worse, so I can't go to bed like that ( Read more... )

Saturday, Daddy ended up giving away the puppy. However, we're getting something else in a few weeks. I grew up with cats, at one point having 16 between our adult cats and their kittens.
