xD Hard to believe she's a supposedly-respected author and politico, isn't it? If she was some random nutjob off the streets it'd be one thing, but this creature gets books published and gets invited to give speeches and flkghlfakjghf GAH. X_x

... for now, I think I'll just point and laugh at her. :3

My theory about Ann Coulter is still that she's a fangirl applied to politics. Seeing a chance for personal advancement in a mostly male-populated world, she will say or do basically anything if it will allow her to remain 'the cool chick' to her male colleagues.

They, in turn, won't restrain her, because having a vaguely attractive woman who likes what they like make them all feel less like total losers.

That's... actually an interesting hypothesis, and makes sense when you look at it. They both are using the other to make them look good, and end up looking even more stupid in the process.

It also turn her uber-feminist views into a bunch of crap. Ah well. Means we can still point and laugh!

In essence, correct. Coulter is probably still in need of the good drugs, but she's also bright enough to realize that Nazism sells; there are plenty of uneducated whites out there. It's P.T. Barnum applied to the rant-wing.

I think she's an example of just how severe narcissistic personality disorder can get. She's not retarded. You decide whether she's crazy or simply evil; I vote for a combination of the two.

She's pathologically desperate to get attention. In a sane country, she'd be a classic Internet kook; it's a symptom of how batshit insane much of the country and our mass media have become that her bizarre rantings have made her a public figure instead of a candidate for institutionalization.

Not 'retarded' in a classic sense, no. More in a 'black hole of common sense' way. Though I agree with the narcissism and the evil. We all know she's evil.

Amen to that. It's almost sad, in a way. Key word being 'almost'. Also rather humiliating to have someone like her running around and touted as intelligent.

Here's hoping people realize that not all Christians/Republicans think like that...

No kidding. As a Christian, it's humiliating to say "... yeah, I kinda vaguely share a belief system with her. Except I'm not a Nazi about it."
