Flowers for the Girl

Zarah bought 6 snap dragons about a week ago. They are pretty much her favorite flower. She makes them open and close their jaws and talks about how fairies live inside them. It had been too windy to plant them, but the weather has improved dramatically in the last three days

Your post reminds me of gardening with my grandma and papa when I was a little girl. Snapdragons were my favorite when I was small too, and I remember making them "talk" in funny low voices. In my head they always sounded like the plant from "Little Shop of Horrors," which I watched repeatedy at a very young age
