Planted 1/2 bed of carrots on Saturday. Removed some more walls of water from water melons and gourds, and the new garden bed designated for bush beans this year is ready to plant in as of lunch time today. Will wait for the moon to come 'round to a more favorable sign (wed or thur I believe) to plant the beans. J transplatned his many peppers ( Read more... )

Watched epsodes 5-8 and they aren't quite as good as 1-4. I think I'm missing Wild Bill (Keith Carradine). His character really added a lot to the ambiance. I'll probably finish the season and see what they do with it.

I really love renting this stuff on Netflix instead of trying to watch it on T.V. Haven't had any T.V. signal in 6+ years now. Don't really miss it! 'Keeping up' with a program is a whole different thing when it is waiting for you quietly on the table.
