Broccoli!

As Alice and I went through the grocery store today, she was chanting "broccoli! broccoli!" At one point we passed a man who turned and said "Did she say 'broccoli'?" I said "Yup. I think my work here is done."

LOL! Too cute. DD2 is a big fan of broccoli, or she used to be anyway. Any time we'd be in the grocery store, she'd insist that I buy it. Kids and veggies are cute:)

I chant brocc-o-li, brocc-o-li everytime I cook it. I can understand her excitement! :)

Alice's chant is more like brockLI, brockLI...but the intent is definitely there.

I've eaten more broccoli in the last two years than I ever did the rest of my life, thanks to Nerissa.
In an odd twist, sometimes she wouldn't want to eat it and the only way to get her to was to make it scream and run away from her. A vegan predator?
