I heard this on the radio en route to work but didn't hear beyond the headlines... good gods... I could be REALLLLLLY mean about this idiot woman but I'll abstain
A coworker mentioned this to me this morning, so I was excited when I ran across something about it when I got online.
I can totally understand being pissed that they wouldn't give her money back...but to call 911...3 times? Now that's just stupidity. And to declare that it was an emergency...that is just horrible.
my grandfather told me something once when I was about 4 years old... he was taking me somewhere and we pulled to the side because an ambulance was coming. I asked why we pulled over and he explained because someone inside the ambulance needed help really fast and that was more important than anything we had to do, so we get out of the way and let them pass.
Someone didn't pull to the side and I asked why they didn't if it was so important. He said he didn't know but the driver was stupid and selfish because someday that driver will need an ambulance and better hope that no one does that to them because it could slow down the help they need.
It's odd until just now I never realised how much Karma wisdom that logic has...
