I feel that the court dropped the ball on this. I don't think that the father deserved jail time, but I definitely think he needed more than the light scolding that he got.

iTunes forced me to download the upgrade so that I can get the free music video from Private Practice. Okay, no problem. So I did. And I closed iTunes so I could run the setup. Well, now iTunes won't stop opening on its own while I'm trying to run the setup. WTF demon possessed iTunes?
