not mine, because i just hurt myself again in taekwando... i was doing a jumping kick going backwards and on my landing my left foot( the same foot that keeps on getting hurt) was twisted and i fell and cringed in pain... nothing new, not broken, just a big fat swell... expect to see me with crutches

heh... yes i know it's late... but yeah.. i went to my friends house and got his punching bag... i whopped on it for an hour straight got all that excess anger off... man that stuff felt good... now i'll feel happier when my uncle comes later today...

Hmmmm taekwando was actually fun ....for once... the head master wasn't there (heh) sooo the other master (he's the cool guy) taught class, and we just had plain fun. we did something out of the ordinary,we had a mess around class, we had like races, games and stuff... well, that'll probally never happen again...
