Today is the end of October, so it is time to see how I've done.

Today I officially graduated the Couch to 5k programme. For 9 full weeks I have followed the programme, running 3 times per week, gradually increasing from running for a total of 8 minutes in 1 minutes bursts, interspaced with 90 seconds of walking, to this week when I have run for 30 minutes solid ( Read more... )
