Last week there was an LJ bug where several users logged in and saw that they were logged into other people's accounts instead. In effect, they could see people's locked and private entries...

AFAIK LJ didn't take the bug seriously at all because supposedly you can only see entries but not edit them IDK. Lotsa links over at DW. Not even sure if the bug is eventually resolved or not... I didn't keep track of the news.
