Only the first part of Season Two of New Who.

Why?

(And you should totally fire me as your beta. I fail D:)

Because you should totally check out 4x10. Colin Morgan's in it, lol.

(uh, that's okay. I kind of fail at writing too. D:)

Right, Midnight. I totally downloaded it just so I could see Jethro =D

(Well I do love the first draft that you sent me. And I think your decision to take out Harry's POV is a step in the right direction. And Terry is just precious. And Lisa(?) was awesome too. And Draco's new profession is just awesome in its WTF-ness.)

So I love how "Uther just wants to kill everyone" has totally won this poll. And yes. I just watched all of the episodes in a couple days. Hahaha, forget that I have a bunch of finals and all that!

Oh hey, how did your epic reading/writing assignments go?

When do finals end?

And HURRAY HURRAY you've watched it \o/
I've added you to my Merlin filter. You should be able to read this now =D

Ep. 13 lilian_cho April 29 2009, 07:38:36 UTC
Didn't we have this conversation before? =D (Or maybe it was mordyn4)

Basically, I still haven't finished Deathly Hallows. And I still haven't watched Ep. 13.

On one hand, I do want to watch all the M/A moments and the spiritual blow job scene...
On the other hand, if I do watch it that means there's no more until Season Two airs D:

Actually it all started with me reading that they try to fit too many things into Ep. 13. And how they totally cheat about the equivalent exchange "a life for a life" rule.
And it's like, if I haven't watched canon, I can pretend it doesn't exist? =D

I'll def. watch it before Season Two airs though. Just like I will force myself through DH before the second DH movie comes out =P

No, we definitely didn't have this conversation before, I would remember the sheer madness and omg cleverness of the idea :D
Because let's be honest - the only thing I ever regret after experiencing a brilliant story is that I can't experience it again for the first time. So not only do I understand, I'm also completely jealous :).
But woman, that's some strong will you have! It's unnatural, we have it genetically encoded to give in to temptation!

Yes! X-D

LOL, I'm slow today. Only realized you're referring to Eve on second read.
It helps that I still haven't d/l-ed the episode *g*

I think Merlin is 19 and Arthur is 20.

In the coronation ep., IIRC they did say that Arthur's twenty. On the other hand, the narration calls Merlin "a young boy."

IMO Arthur and Merlin behave rather immature, which is why I see them as younger. (Esp. when I compare them with the Stark children in G. R. R. Martin's A Song of Ice and Fire, for example.)

Interesting. How did you get that impression?

I never got the younger sister & older brother vibe from them. Their relationship def. feels like fondly mocking older sister & eager-to-prove-himself younger brother to me. (Because Morgana is so cool and collected, etc.)

Mocking younger sisters are different, they're more obvious about it. Whereas mocking older sisters give the impression that they couldn't care less about your reaction ;-)

Def. not feeling any sexual vibes from them, even with Arthur's "Dear god in heaven" comment =P

From what I've seen, it's a popular fanon that Morgana is older than Arthur.
(Oh! How could I forget, in the Arthurian legends Morgan le Fay is several years older than Arthur.)

Too true X-D

Hm yes, she did get more hysterical as the series progressed, didn't she. I'm specifically thinking of how easily she manipulated Arthur in that ep. with Mordred I guess.
