I really liked this - the voices and the dreams are so incredibly creepy and Sam seems so trapped and scared and alone; Castiel bringing him a moment's respite from that is really beautiful.

I was joking around about it, saying, "Listen, you have to wade through all this creepy stuff but at the end you are rewarded with basically fluff, so it's all worth it."

The dream creeped me out inmensely, no wonder Sam was being driven mad because of it. Loved how Dean caught on to what Sam was doing, even if he didn't really know why, and told Cas to watch out for it as well. They take care of their Sammy, yay. ♥

D: POOR SAM. Haha, I think if you were eventually going crazy, somewhere along the way your brother, who you hang with 24/7, is going to catch on sometime. CAS IS HIS INSIDE MAN AHAHA. Like, "Cas, Sam isn't telling me what's up so you find out what's going on." They both care about Sammy. <3

Ooh, this was very creepy! You did the voices in Sam's head marvelously, and it was absolutely heartbreaking--but so sadly true--how Sam didn't trust Dean enough to tell him about them. And my heart just melted whenever Dean was worrying over Sam!

Honestly, I don't really get Sam/Cas as a real pairing. I like it for crack and silly things, but I haven't seen enough to really get a grasp on their feelings towards each other. I guess it's just hard to push aside my Dean/Cas goggles.

Also: “You take like ten minutes to dry your hair in the morning!”
Those lucky boys! I don't even bother blowdrying my hair because it takes forever.

I might be being stupid, but isn't the showdown supposed to occur in Detroit? Unless you chose Chicago because of what was supposed to happen in 5x21?

Deeeeeeeeeean. <3 Awww, I do love the boys so much. I don't think Dean would really push him until it became a huge problem, and I imagine after the end of this Cas would let Dean know what the dreams were and he would be like, "OMG YOU ARE GOING TO TELL ME WHAT'S WRONG RIGHT NOW." (hahaha have you seen that hair in Season 5? TOTALLY BLOW DRIES THAT ( ... )

This was AWESOME. I love creepy, bloody dream sequences and voices-in-your-head type things, you did it absolutely brilliantly. Sam needing to cling to Castiel, being so afraid of his freakishness that he couldn't tell Dean... everything was so well done, I absolutely love it. Great job!
