I am exhausted. Completely and totally exhausted and I don't know why. I decided today that it could be from being dehydrated, overtired, or just low on metabolism. In any case, I'm making an effort now to drink more water at work (even when I'm not that thirsty), get a little extra sleep, and I'm working on getting different foods at the store

p.s. my mom and i are actually going to be on epcot saturday and we plan on being in the uk. maybe we'll see you ;)
also, have you thought about baking the chicken? especially if you marinate it. you can bake it in some sauce. if you want some chicken recipies i have a few....

Sorry, I get a little carried away. I like carbs.
And I have a really, really easy (my little sister made it...it was that simple) shake and bake-ish type chicken recipe that's pretty good, if you're interested.
