I am exhausted.  Completely and totally exhausted and I don't know why.  I decided today that it could be from being dehydrated, overtired, or just low on metabolism.  In any case, I'm making an effort now to drink more water at work (even when I'm not that thirsty), get a little extra sleep, and I'm working on getting different foods at the store ( Read more... )

I'm sorry that it has been so long between posts.  Scheduling decided to bless me with a seven-day work week.  Normally, that would involve things like 6th day pay and overtime.  However, my seven-day work week was split between two weeks.  Three days at the end of last week (Thurs-Sat) and four at the beginning of this week (Sun-Weds).  No 6th day ( Read more... )
